Myles Garrett was an outstanding college player (except against LSU of course, they made Garrett look like a punk bitch).

Well, he was originally from Louisiana, but family was displaced due to a hurricane, but he mostly grew up in Texas and played his high school ball there. But he definitely was on the radar. He had 33 offers including most major Power 5 schools, including almost every SEC school.
