Center yes the others no.

I've OT's come in the league an immediately start and hold their own.

I rarely see the same the most highly recruited WR's.Hell, look at Hazelwood last year for OU.He could barely get playing time and he's extremely talented and the only guy that could match his talent was Lamb.Hell, two walk on seniors were starting in front of em.

Center. You have to call the assignments based on what you see at the LOS.

Pretty sure Freshman WRs succeed more often than OTs. If I get time I'll look it up.

None of Bama's WR's did other than Waddle.Jeudy certainly didn't.

Same with Jefferson, Chase and Marshall with LSU

C or LB
One that calls out blitz protection or one who calls defense

CB you can actually get by on athleticism and you pretty much know who you are covering every single play

They also have to be physical enough to handle the blocking assignments. A lot of those guys need strength work and some weight gain before they can contribute.

Waddle, Pickens, Blaylock, Seth Williams, Jhamon Asubon. There are more.

This is the last 3 seasons just in the SEC. Give me a comparable list of OTs - and I don't mean kids who played out of desperation and got beat regularly.

Don't take my word for it. .

Blaylock barely contributed

Evan Neal started this past season.

Jonah Williams started his freshman season.

Alex Leatherwood was good enough to start but had to sit behind Jonah.

Jedrick Wills started his freshman year.

Neal started out of desperation and struggled mightily early. It was the worst line in the SEC at the beginning of the year.

Out of desperation? Wtf are you talking about?

He beat out Emil Ekiyor, Womack, and Chris Owens fair and square.

And no, our O-line was not even close to the worst at the beginning of the year. Second of all, Chris Owens was the weak link, not Neal, which is why he got bumped for Deonte Brown when he returned from his suspension

Probably left tackle or cornerback (depending on the complexity of the defense).

Gave up 4 sacks to Georgia state and plenty of pressure. Maybe I overstated some, but I saw that game and that line was BAD.

Actually, I did overstate. Was remembering that game and I didn't watch much of the subsequent few. That may have been the worst game that line played all season.

Blaylock? He had 300 yardx+ receiving.Pickens didn't make an impact until late in the year and if was COMPLETELY out of desperation with all the injuries we had at WR.

He was the last man standing against Baylor.
