I’m not going to pretend that OU getting absolutely smoked at home wouldn’t make me laugh.

But to anyone expecting an easy win in Norman.. Well, OU has never been an easy out at home.

Don’t be surprised if Tennessee finds themselves in a tough situation.

This is what they have a hard time understanding of certain OU posters here. They think Tennessee is a BIG XII team.

In essence you are. Your offense is an old Big 12 offense. OU knows your offense. They know if the run defense holds up, they have the DBs to match up with your offense. They know how your passing tree is predicated on where the corners line up.

RobVol is mostly responding to all those shite talkers on here LSU OM Arky posters that start thread after thread about Tennessee.
Tennessee and Oklahoma really don’t have anything against each other here yet.
So far it’s 3-1 Oklahoma
We do want to cut into that lol
But it will be a good game lots of eyeballs will be on this game.
I know Oklahoma Defense is huge they are some cornbread country boys and big arse Nigerians lol
Nico will have his hands full

Fun fact, last time Heupel faced a LESS talented Venables defense he lost 40-6 and got fired that Monday. OU has seen this offense about every week for 20 years

This is a total joke despite I have seen comments that their defense is slow and not suitable for SEC standards.

They need to go explain that with their play against Houston and Tulane because the realistic Sooner fans have

Under BIG XII standards....

This is the SEC not the defenseless BIG XII.

The realistic ones are not agreeing every bit of your comments.

I bet neither team scores over 30 points unless it goes into OT.

I don't believe in jinxes, just bad coaching and bad execution.

In any case, don't worry. It'll probably be close, but we'll win it.

Dipshit hasn’t watched a competitive game of football in his life following Kansas, but is here teaching us. I fricking love the irony

I'm sure it means nothing directly, but I've always felt like the team that talks the most trash before a game generally loses.

I figure it's because deep down they felt like they wouldn't be able to do it after the game.

Sorry most of our newspapers are realistic about things since they have seen what elite football is …

Right now Tenn is severely hyped on beating 3 bad teams into the ground like others have said it’s real motivation for a team with great defense and getting lots of players back it could be different offensively .

How many spreads have you seen go from -3 OU to -7 Tenn now back down so fast , when all the team did was beat a bad football team last week ?

Plenty of good out of conference teams can and has beaten top SEC teams on any given day.

The difference is these teams have never went through an entire SEC gauntlet schedule.

Beating an Alabama then only having to face the likes of Kansas, Baylor and Texas tech the rest of the year is gravy. But can they beat an Alabama then turnaround and beat a UGA, Tennessee, Ole Miss, LSU, or Auburn in Jordan Hare all in a row?

SEC schedules are brutal every year and OU and Texas are about to figure that out.
