He has one plan on offense, and only one plan. He's going to run deep, long-developing pass plays with runs thrown in every so often. If you scheme to stop it, he's going to keep trying to do it. Leave his arse on the tarmac.

DeBoer isn't going anywhere because we pass out ridiculous buyout clauses like Skittles at Halloween...but if he fired his buddy Grubb today I'd at least feel better.

He also kept throwing to players BEHIND the first down marker. What was that? We were in 3rd, and 4th so much for no reason.
