For just a college career Tracy Rocker has to be at or near the top

Didn't realize that Pollack had that much hardware. Impressive

Derrick Barnet pisted beastly stats in college at Tennessee as well.... about on par with Reggie White.
Pollack wasso good because he gave 110 percent effort and intensity every single play. Had an elite motor.

Real lunchpail guy. Had a high football IQ. A scrappy player.

Not the “Greatest” per se but Marcus Spears was a freak

Pollack was first team All American 3 years and SECDPOY twice.
Let's not pretend Clowney was anywhere near as productive as Pollack was in college. Clowney's 2012 was stellar but 2013 was a pretty big let down. How he got selected to that one AA team in 2013 was a minor miracle.

If Clowney had Pollacks motor they would be legendary. But Pollack lacked the size and ability, and Clowney lacked the drive and sheer work ethic to be great.

The nerd on Gameday? Impossible.

Best one I've seen, a guy who played four years, though hurt for part of his junior year, and was double-teamed most of the time, is Tracy Rocker.

David Pollack is the Larry Bird of SEC defensive lineman. Didn't look the part, wouldn't believe it seeing him in a crowd, but he was simply the best at it.
Other than that, Tracy Rocker still frightens me after all these years.

Dorsey was so dominant that a hitman was called upon.
