I think this is fair, except Luke is not on the same level as Morris or Bobo.

Luke is by far the best assistant hire so far.

Not what I said. He was incompetent at running an offense at Arkansas. That’s why he was hired.

Go watch his intro press conference at Arkansas where he sold his philosophy, we never once saw it. Snake oil.
To be fair I don’t think Gus gives a shite about what chad Morris knows about offense. He gets a faithful lackey in Chad and a pretty good football player in Chad’s son. That’s the deal here and it’s not the worst arrangement for Gus.

You obviously don't know very much about football if you think Morris and Bobo are not two great coordinators.

To be honest, I don't think you KNOW shite about anything. Chandler isn't coming to AU and had nothing to do with why AU went after Morris. Morris is probably the only coach in the country that Gus will have any amount of trust in to turn over any portion of the offense to.

Morris had a lot to do with getting Watson to Clemson and he did a good job there. Not sure he had that much to do with his development. Sometimes guys like Watson you just got tell him what time the game starts.Same with Clowney when he was at Carolina. I would rather have Tony Elliot. I wouldn’t say Morris is a home run but he did a good job.

Bobo will be an upgrade.

I am still not sold on Morris and I am glad we didn't go after him.
He took over a 1 win SMU team and had their offense in the top 15. Arkansas is just trash with no talent.

Chad Morris from 2011-2017 consistently churned out good offenses. It's just hard to get talent to Arky.

Boba maybe the first one on that list to be fired . He is C at best . He wasn’t anything special at Georgia and now he is at USCe with less talent and a Head Coach that’s an offense killer.

Gus will be able to lean on Morris and trust him to evolve that offense and develop Bo. I think it's a great hire for Auburn, Gus needs some experienced offensive coaches on that staff. He had a 28 yr old Dillingham, Kodi Burns and Carnell Williams (who'd had no college coaching experience.) So Morris brings experience and maturity to that side of the ball.

Have you SEEN our new coach? No way that guy hasn’t been pulling nothing but straight A’s his entire life. He has a math scientific calculator on him at all times, I’m sure of it.

But in all seriousness, two SEC guys who immediatly come to mind as being great coordinators but lousy HCs are Chizik and Muschamp.

Bo will regress under him to make it possible for his son to compete for the starting job.

I doubt Bobo is in need of cash in the traditional sense. Dude is fine never working another day in his life probably, just depends on how big his family is and how many kids he's putting through college and kids of his kids. These aren't dumbasses that blow their cash on 10 houses and 20 cars.
