Ole Miss pulling the “dumb” card is the peak of irony with their 98% acceptance rate.

Get your wins where you can versus LSU. You won’t be getting them on the field anytime soon.

Well, the state was nice enough for your most famous alumnus, Archie Manning. He stayed there and raised his family in Louisiana.

Imagine being dumb enough to believe Todd Graves is LSU’s only booster.

You’ve seen LSU’s campus and the state of Loserana in general, right?

Indeed, I have. It’s a beautiful campus. Have you ever been?

Oh, that’s funny. You changed the name “Louisiana” to “Loserana”. So clever, I’ll have to share this funny joke with my 5th grader and my 7th grader when I get home.

I’ve also seen this article from the WSJ that ranks college football program valuations for 2025

I know my post probably appears as a troll, but in all honesty I just don't get what Landry is doing. This is not a dig at Lane or LSU, I get them using all resources available. I just don't understand what is going through this guy's mind to put himself in recruiting battles and coaching hires. I'm all for politicians showing up to support their state universities in big games, etc.. but they shouldn't be involved in coaching searches or recruiting. It annoys me that someone might vote for this guy because hey he got my LSU tigers a good coach and offensive tackle instead of the actual job of a Governor.

I get Lane leaving and the appeal of LSU, but this governor is a fricking joke. Had a coworker bragging about the Louisiana governor wining and dining a recruit so after going off on him about how stupid that is, had to come vent on here.

Per World Population Review, the state of Louisiana ranks dead last in poverty and 42nd in education, both rankings worse than most SEC states, like Mississippi. As sitting governor, do you think Jeff Landry cares about those problems? Hell no. Think he understands fiscal responsibility? Hell no. Think he's worried this might cost him in 2027? Hell no.

He knows in the great state of Louisiana the citizens of that state would prefer to be dumb and poor as long as he gets that Louisiana state football team back in the conversation with Alabama. Don't waste time on education initiatives, spend that time on your knees for Lane kiffin and a 20 year old football player. Props to him for knowing what's important to his constituents. I swear, it's no wonder people in that state can't speak the English language the right way.

I'm sorry, but as a LSU-alumnus Biloxi native, none of this stupid shite means anything coming from a fellow Mississippian lmfao

They're literally the same state
