wasnt desperate....they needed a blown tip pass call to even get the touchdown. it was we knew we had 1 play that was awesome for 2 point conversion, you use it there instead of waiting for the rules to force you into going to 2 over and over.

I thought this was going to be about Bama's decision to go for 2 after their last TD put them up by 4. An extra point would have made it a 5 point game. Could have made the field goal to win instead of a tie. What was the reasoning?

OMG! An Aggie fan talking about LSU being "desperate" and "inferior"...that's just laughable. Since I assume you weren't at the game, it was a slugfest. There was no discernible difference in talent on Saturday night. Each team played their hardest. Fact: Kelly has 24 kt. Cojones and shocked (by his own admission) Saban who never thought Coach would go for two. Kelly had the guts, masculine accoutrements, and faith in his team to go for the win. That's not desperation nor the sign of an inferior team, it's called playing to win. You guys need to be worrying about your $10M bust of a coach instead of calling out the team that is No. 1 in the West Division. Seems like you've got lots of problems in your glass house. Let's see, "inferior" LSU is #1 at 5-1 and Tx A&M is in last place at 1-5.

Nah. Desperate is when you extend the contract of your mediocre coach after a modicum of success in a year where COVID wreaked havoc because you think another program is dumb enough to lure him away. Not only is that desperate, it's flat out stupid.
