Why is USC the only school that lets their cheerleaders have tits? Do they have a regular college titless squad as well that does all the flips and shite?

I don't remember ever seeing a Pac 12 team in a cheerleading competition. They seem to go less for the athletes and tumblers and more for the Instagram Thots.

For a long time Auburn didn’t pick cheerleaders based on gymnastic abilities. Not sure if that has changed.

Hooked up with one a good long while ago... I can say it was at least not a consistent thing circa 07-08. She started working with an agency after she graduated though...

As has been mentioned, their sweater girls/dance squad (Song Girls) probably don’t have the same upper body strength (i.e., muscle vs fatty tissue) as do the USC cheerleaders (Spirit Leaders—different group than Song Girls). So muscle tone could be one answer.
Probably the main reason: the bra. Sports bras are meant to bind the breasts; while the sweater wearing gals are likely wearing non-binding, cup-enhancing push-up and padded bras.
