Does this really bother you? I don't see how this would trigger anyone besides you. Why?

Somewhat surprised by the opener against Vandy.

Really surprised by the aTm game between the DSOR and Tech games. Not that Tech is a huge threat, but those could be two really physical and emotional games leading into it. Potential trap game at the end of the year.

It doesn’t bother me, I just can’t remember a time Georgia has played an SEC team on the road to open the season.

I think we opened on the road against South Carolina in 1994. Kirby redshirted.

We've done it a couple of times .... once when SPURrier was here and again just two years ago in mUSChamp's first season. Or was that last year? I can't remember.

There is always a danger of that game being moved to Thursday night, the season opener, by ESPN and there will be nothing UGA can do about it if they decide to force it down BHam's throat.

A trip to Nashville on labor day weekend. I can think of worse ways to start the season.

I remember someone posting here a couple of months ago that there was a possibility that Georgia/Vandy would be a Thursday night opener.
