We had several players opt out for that game. This one would be different.

We were actually missing 12 players to injuries, opt outs and JJ sat out to transfer.

Georgia Wire

Opt Outs:

Junior defensive back Eric Stokes
Senior linebacker Monty Rice
Senior Defensive back D.J. Daniel
Senior guard Ben Cleveland
Senior tight end Tre Mckitty

Transfer:
Jermaine Johnson

Injury:

Freshman running back Kendall Milton (knee).
Senior safety Richard LeCounte (undisclosed).
Junior running back James Cook.
Senior center Trey Hill (knees).
Freshman corner back Kelee Ringo (shoulder).
Freshman receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint (leg).

But they are right. Cincy did play us close.

That they did. Against last year’s team. This UGA team is an entirely different beast though

Actually, just looking at UGA's 2020 results, besides the UF game, there isn't a huge difference between this year and last year so far, they just haven't played Bama yet.

Bama's sinking in the Playoff rankings. Georgia may go an entire SEC schedule and still not face a top 10 team after all.
Worry about that, Bammers.

Only 15 points bigger. Might as well be the exact same.

Is it though? Other then not having to play a Florida team with an elite offense this year and not having to play Miss St this year.

The only other difference is not having played Bama yet and deal with the hangover game that follows. Otherwise, the scores are looking close to the same as 2020.

Are you serious with this?

DawgsLife summed it up pretty good.

Georgia had two nonconference nobodies this year and Vandy to pad the stats, something they didn't have last year.

Look at the scores this year compared to last year.

Tennessee
2020- 44-21 2021 41-17

Missouri
2020- 49-14 2021- 43-6

Auburn
2020- 27-6 2021 34-10

Arkansas
2020- 37-10 2021- 37-0

South Carolina
2020- 45-16 2021- 40-13

Ketucky
2020 (Alabama hangover game) 14-3 2021- 30-13

Florida
2020- 28-44 2021- 34-7

Other then not having to play a Florida team with and elite offense and not having to deal with the Bama hangover game, this Georgia team looks a lot like last year's team.

No shite, which is why The stat I used was conference only.

15 points better, which is A LOT, and it’s only that close because of garbage time hurting the 2021 stats

Just say you don't understand football or that you're just here to be a weak arse troll.

Can't wait. Georgia better be ready to play 4 quarters, they are going to be in for a fight.

Bama going to make Georgia's defense look ordinary. I've got the Tide by a field goal, 30-27.

Using the 7 common teams Georgia play last year and this year.

2020
Offense PPG: 35
Deffense PPG: 16

2021
Offense PPG: 37
Deffense PPG: 9

Again, only real difference is not playing an elite Florida offense this year. Otherwise, they are pretty much 2020 Georgia.

3 for the starters and 1 for the backups

I like how you're thinking. Dawgs are going to need everyone experienced for the CFP run.

Like how y'all made LSU look... Well, you made LSU look like a diet version of our defense. You know, that same LSU that gave up 42 to Florida and 42 to Kentucky?

shite happens when a team doesn't take another team seriously. Georgia will have Bama's full attention.
