Georgia will not be able to slowdown the Bama offense.

Doesn't really matter. He'll run wide open down the middle of the field like Wydermyer and Yeboah

Got some good ones. McKitty is good, but he has been banged up a bit. Looks healthy now.
Fitzpatrick has done well and then we have the freshman Washington that is really tall and catches pretty well.

Why, can you throw to a tight end? Asking for Pete Golding

Your tight ends will be up for heisman once they get a combined 400 yards receiving on their own.

Unfortunately, we're not particularly well setup to take advantage of the bigger problems Bama seems to be having defensively.

Alabama doesn't tackle and they miss defensive assignments with alarming regularity. Those are problems ANY offense can take advantage of.

You think we're going to give up 50 points? Lol

We will absolutely slow it down. The issue is can our offense score enough into the 30s to keep pace.

Tight end for UGA is 3 deep with great players who all have playing time this year and have looked good.

McKitty was a five star transfer
Fitzpatrick was a four star
Darnell Washington true freshman 5 star

98% of the time, the team with the best quarterback wins.....Bama has the best quarterback in this one.

The trick will be keeping the D fresh. If we can keep Bama to about 40-60% third down conversion we might hang in there. I also think UGA needs to win the turnover battle. I’m worried about the offense keeping up. The Bama receivers will get 200+ passing yards. I just hope they are between the twenties.

60% of our passing game is down the middle of the field.

I'd expect a safety in the middle all game. I'd expect inside leverage all game.

I expect that safety to fall over his own feet multiple times.

Yes they will.

Stop them? Not so much.

The LB and safety converage issues I expect to still see.

Overpursuit, shite tackling, and undisciplined play will all mostly go away as these kids are very motivated, and will be on their jobs.

TOP might be key. Those guys were gassed at the end of Ole Miss. How quick does BAMA strike in scoring drives? Can UGA sustain posessions?

Even if they're focused and high energy at the start Bama could be looking at more defensive breakdowns as the game goes on.

How do you not overreact to that defensive perfomance?

IMHO the entire key to the game is if Georgia can consistently get 3-5 yards on 1st down.

If they can, we're fvcked. If they can't, I think we can make life hard for Bennett.

I'm not convinced we can stop it.

There is no way Bama scores 50 on UGA. I think Bama wins something like 32-21 and I think its because of what you said, that UGA offense will not be able to keep up. UGA has to have long sustained drives to give their defense time to rest. Bama needs to get off the field on third down.

Consistent is the key word.

The answer is probably not.

We will have our good drives. But we will also have drives where we cant get out of our own way. Blown blocking assignments, holding calls, and false starts will have us going backwards on occasion.

The flip side of the coin is how devoted will Bama be to the run game? And does third and long mean anything when the best offense and best defense collides?

I weirdly feel like I know how that side is going to turn out. We're gonna have issues running, we'll have a few good drives and a few big plays, Georgia will stone us a few drives and stop a few drives in their territory. We end up with 25-30 pts, something like that.

Of course I'm sure all of this will be wrong and the game will turn into us running the ball 50 times and Bennett throwing 50 for 400 yards
