I truly don’t know what to expect. I’d say UGA is more traditional and that will help us line up on Defense get calls in etc. But, if UGA throws in hurry up wrinkles and that kind of thing we could be on our heels.

If our DL gets whipped at the LOS all day this won’t matter unless we get some turnovers.

We have done more hurry up stuff this year.

Our OLine has not been as good/consistent this year as the last couple of years, but our DLine has been off the charts.

A lot of this makes me think both our teams are good where the other isn’t etc. Could make for a fantastic game. I think this is a full 4 quarter game as well. Stress the entire time.

I weirdly feel like I know how that side is going to turn out. We're gonna have issues running, we'll have a few good drives and a few big plays, Georgia will stone us a few drives and stop a few drives in their territory. We end up with 25-30 pts, something like that.

That's pretty much my take.

We've shown a new pass rush this season that we really haven't had in the past. I dont know if we can duplicate it against you (despite knowing that we've given Hurts and Tua headaches early in games in the past). Our pass rush is my biggest question-mark coming into this game.

I do know that spreading us out and forcing as many DBs as possible on the field is the smart plan. Even if UGA is doing well keeping everything in front, dawg fans will be holding our breath because it takes a beautiful throw to beat great coverage and you look to have that QB/WR combo all over the field.

Agree - I really do think it should be a great and interesting game if you are an unbiased spectator.

Those of us with bias will be less fortunate

Going into this one assuming we lose due to recent history of the game and the Saban effect.

Expecting us to have a couple of turnovers plus Bamas D to play their best game of the year.

I'll say Bama 31 - UGA 30 and we lose in classic heart breaking fashion.

I wish I'd have hit it out of the park with my first post like this.

I remember years ago when I played in a game very similar to this one, I thought I was going to throw up. These are games you look forward to as a player, but you still go into them nervous as all get out.

After the last two heartbreaks, I will never predict UGA beating Bama ever again lol. I literally will not believe it until I see us finish a game on the field.

UGA and Bama fans this week are like two mid tier sorority girls

I'd say both are top notch sorority legacies of a not so gorgeous nature.

They both know the game, walk the talk, but they're far removed from the hot ones.

Trepidation born of knowledge.

Amen,

Great thread from most here posting. I'm going to be up in the panhandle fishing this next week and must find the game at a local on island sports pub/oyster bar.

Alabama will be ready mark nothing less.

SABAN is the 7th wonder of CFB.

Could be worse...

1995 Nebraska could be next or 2000 Miami?

You are overreacting to the Ole Miss game.

Offensively: A&M would've put up more pts vs Bama but their receivers didn't make contested catches. Defensively: A&M held Najee Harris to 12 carries for 43 yards. Aggy has talent in the secondary but they are young and were no match at all for Smith, Waddle et al and Mac Jones being efficient even by his standards.

UGA has much more depth, talent and experience than Aggy, and are almost impossible to run on; so they can get a few stops vs a one-dimensional Bama and they'll dominate TOP. Mac Jones will have a great game as usual, but UGA wins 35-28

They are two of the best teams in the nation. Watch the other games and find 3 let alone 5 teams that much better than them.

I do agree, but it's strange how I watch a Georgia game. I really do enjoy the good plays that are made, but I really notice the flaws, and am surprised when we overcome them. I know the team is good, but the flaws tend to eat away at me.
