So worried about Jimbo’s salary. That’s what poor people do.

No, they haven't seen a return on an investment in the last 80 years

Georgia.

They don't have Alabama on their schedule every year, and if they play them in the SEC Championship Game it's in their home state.

This is not even close.

Georgia came within one play of winning a national title.

Texas A&M has had good seasons, but nowhere near that close.

Gotta lean towards UGA.

UGA has been closer and will continue to be closer. UGA recruits at an even better rate than Texas A&M. But when they win one I will miss 1980

I just don't think either has a really good chance.

Having to play LSU and Alabama year in and year out, then having a guy like freakin' Leach and Lane Kiffin? Whew. Even the Pitt Boss has Arkansas improving -- it's a super tough division. Auburn is actually a weirdly good school in some games, so I mean it's a virtual mine field in the West.

However, on the other side, Kirby seems to absolutely choke every chance he has at any semblance of greatness. Even against Cincinnati last year, albeit a worthless bowl game, it took them a miracle and Cincinnati basically handing them the game even though they are ranked #1 in the Team Talent Composite, had their future Heisman QB JT and have more than double the 5*s than Cincinnati has 4*s.

Even with an improved offense, recruiting out of this world, if you can't manage a roster you won't win. They're literally one bum knee away from being in the exact same position as 2020.

Anyway, tl;dr:

Both of their chances suck, because Kirby vs. the cream of the crop against the West for the last three years is 0 - 4. So, even if they win the East Kirby will probably stumble like he always does.

A&M seems to be stuck with Jimbo's outdated offense and it doesn't look like he's adjusting to fit today's game.

You keep saying this and never explain why when asked. What is it that makes it outdated?

Its complicated, routes take a long time to develop, and doesn't spread the field.

It's basically a 2000's offense.

Reminds me of what LSU ran in 2018.

Georgia is certainly better equipped at the moment but I feel like A&M will only get closer every year that UGA can't finish the job.

It's UGA because aTm plays in the SEC West. Kirby is 1-4 in road games vs the SEC West and 1-3 vs. The West in the postseason. He managed a one score win in JHS, which is a tough place to win, but he has been beaten badly in each regular season loss.

Good coach with lots of talent, but UGA's advantage over aTm until the cycle eventually swings back to the East will be their easier path to ATL and the CFPs by virtue of playing in the East.

According to 100% of LSU fans it will indeed be Georgia.

Top 4 finishes in the 3 men’s major sports since World War II:

Texas - 47

A&M - 1
(and that’s being generous considering they had to jump a team in the final polls that lost in the 4-team playoff, which A&M didn’t even qualify for)

Y’all have been left in the dust in your own state, much less your own conference you ran away to hide behind
