Probably not as clever as you thought.

Errybody remembers Marino but that a-hole WR's name is etched in my 70 yr old head...
John Y. Brown, FML...

Worst loss ever...

Yeah playing in Orlando after that sucked. We should have been in the Sugar Bowl and would have been under the current system.
That was such a great game.
It wouldn't have surprised me if that UGA team had just phoned in the Citrus bowl, considering - kudos on them for beating Nebraska and not letting that BS get them down.

Agreed this team isn’t as good as last year’s. What people fail to mention (or realize) is that nobody else is as good as least year either. Ohio State has taken a clear step backwards offensively (solid, but not as explosive as ‘22), Michigan looks pedestrian, and Bama offense is better , but still not up to Bryce and the WR level of ‘22. Washington and Oregon D look soft and vulnerable. So does FSU.

You raise a good question. What's the most devasted you've been after a loss?
Prayer at Jordan Hare comes to mind.

Lmao...
Hate remembering great bammer wins...
Nothing but credit for Tua and that team tho, we were a close #2...
2012 was still a Richt team, we were so close a coupla times under CMR and shot our selves in the dick...
Kirby has kicked it up that notch we need to compete with CNS.

It sucks because the games were so good but the heartbreak...knowing we lost makes it tough to rewatch. I am hoping the SECCG is like that again but with a dawgs W this year. Bama and Saban have always been the boogeyman but then they've earned that as the standard & the best CFB program for 15 years now.
You my friend should check your house before throwing rocks. I'm a UGA grad & there's a reason none of us are going to LSU for grad school

2002 Florida…that Miami nor OSU team were particularly great….Miami had lost much of the 01 team to the NFL and the Maurice Clarett led OSU is the worst NC team of the last 30 years. UGA would have had a great shot to win that game.
Not to mention we could have won this and still got Kirby.
I don’t think that happens if we win in 2012.

Up 7-0 Richt richted and put Freshman DJ Shockley in cold for no reason when Greene was doing fine and Shockley promptly threw a pick 6 and it changed the entire dynamic of that game.
Made up for it by Michael Johnson pulling that pass out of his arse on 4th down in the 4th quarter at JH to clinch the East. Auburn wasn’t a great team that year but they outplayed us that day.
“Boy we’ve had some chances haven’t we”….is one of Munson’s best calls ever.

I wasn't alive in their pre-2002 seasons and I was too young in 2002. So I can only rate based on the Kirby era.
2022
2023
2021
2017
I still think if Georgia hadn't been dealing with injuries early on, this year's team would have surpassed last year's.

This would be far better as an off season thread. Do better OP. Have some patience.

That game was incredible. We were there and I remember looking down when things were really intense. A Bama guy, a young guy who looked to be in his 20s was literally on his knees praying a couple of seats down our aisle. When the game was over I believe everyone -UGA and Bama - was exhausted. It was almost like we had been on that field ourselves. Bama people in our area were very nice and a couple even gave us a hug and kind words on the way out. UGA fans were not the only ones with tears. We all felt like we had just witnessed something very special. I’ve been to more in my lifetime than I could ever count and have never experienced anything even close to this
