we defintiely are not.

Howver, this bama team in it's current NOvember form is better than last year's bama team I think, which is crazy considering how elite bryce was. Something just seemed off about them last year and I imagine a lot of it can be chalked up to both coordinators. This year's team while not as talented or sexy top to bottom is just playing better and more sound football.

honestly I expect bama to be in it for 4 quarters. I hope we win and certainly think we can, but I think we're in for a game that won't be decided until late

This.

I too believe that It will be a game that is probably decided by whoever scores last. With little time left on the clock

It's been called both, but Clean, Old-fashioned Hate is the proper name.

I truly cannot even wrap my brain around what would happen if bama or LSU was on a similar run.

Y'all should be thanking your lucky stars we're as subdued as we are. If this thread and title gets you triggered perhaps message board posting isn't for you.

Nobody is triggered kid. It wasn't an LSU player that spit in Brock's face. Although... no telling what caused such a reaction.

Unlike you we've done stuff worth celebrating since 2019

And LSU has done more since the 80s than uga. Your program is on a run.... yah.

Georgia has climbed to dizzying new heights while Clemson, for a while a juggernaut, is back near its historical mean.

I don't follow recruiting carefully but is this mostly explained by recruits that would have gone to Clemson going to Georgia instead? I know Clemson pulled a lot of talent out of Georgia when they were riding high.

All going to come down to the QBs and the LOS.

If all things are even I believe Milroe's legs will be the difference...but he has to be able to make the right decisions in the passing game first. He's been getting better and better.

It'll be tough to run the ball in this game for both sides but Kendall Milton will be Georgia's bell cow in this one. He's hard to tackle.

Bama's O line is massive. If they can move the UGA D front then things will get interesting.

The CFB landscape is changing (again) next season. Will be interesting to see how it affects how the season is played by these coaches, and whether or not that changes at all.

I think if UGA had played the schedule you'll likely have next year, you probably have a loss by now. This current team is different from the one in weeks 1-4.

Think having super conferences means you can't take off a month and expect to run the table anymore. But it also means that running the table doesn't mean as much, other than making sure you get a bye.

losing one or two games starting next year won’t matter in a 12 team playoff

That’s not how any of this works.
That’s an arrogant statement too.

Yep, which is what I think most of us were hoping we'd see with the coordinator change. A shift in mentality, approach, general feeling watching them play the game. Last year's team (and 2021 to an extent) was very much a "let Bryce run around and do cool stuff" offense, which in general was pretty damn effective because he was a great college player. But it was inefficient, and it was more likely to break down against good defenses (and even more so when he was playing hurt).

The defense, well that's pretty obvious.

I'm ecstatic about the direction of things moving forward, though I'm not sure we have enough to beat Georgia. We're trying to get back to the type of program/mindset that Georgia has been humming with for 3+ years now. Not sure we're quite there yet, and Georgia has completely found their stride.

That's absolutely incredible. I was in the camp that was sold on Kirby winning and winning big at UGA (and said the Richt comps were ridiculous), but even I didn't envision this level of consistent excellence.
