LOL except Vandy and SC. But I guess it is the law of diminishing returns?

Oh shite, people want to talk about how future, possible CFB games will play out on a CFB message board? How stupid of them.
I'll do this with intelligent people
You don't fit the bill, Dumbfrick

Then you should have no trouble with "this" defense then, should you?
If Richardson plays most of the game we will score in the 20s at least on this defense I would think. If Mullen has Jones in there too long we probably won't.

Florida for the year averages 7.07 YPP.
Florida in a limited size with Anthony Richardson starting averages 8.92 YPP (which would be #1 in the country by a huge margin).
Florida also has the highest INT% of any team on UGA's schedule unfortunately. So while they can move the ball, they're essentially guaranteed to throw a few picks. Especially if Richardson is starting.

You think you are playing the 2020 d, don’t you?

Not to sound like a dick, but they couldn't score 20 on UK why do you think you can on UGA?

Richardson wasn't allowed to do much that game. In the LSU game they opened things up with him.

So if y'all play Richardson and don't score...what will you say?
And if you play Emory Jones and don't score 20, do you admit that Mullen might not be the game day savant y'all claim he is? I mean, who starts and plays is a part of being a game day coach, right?

I’ll follow up with another question because I don’t know the answer. How does UK’s defense compare to LSU’s?

Mullen has always been a hard head when it comes to starting younger QBs. Only an injury made him put Trask in at QB. If AR plays most of the game and you hold us under 20 it will show the defense is legit I would say.

Oof.
Raw stats. /sigh.
F+ ratings
To start, Georgia has the #1 defense obviously, and is a decent amount ahead of the next.
But let's talk about some stats that are actually accurate.
Offensive ranks:
Auburn: #32
Arkansas: #38
Kentucky: #44
Clemson: #45
UAB: #81
USC: #101
Vandy: #114
It doesn't not have their stats without Georgia, but these stats are already opponent adjusted so it's not needed. What that means is it already knows getting yards against Georgia is harder than other teams etc. And with that, your defense is still easily #1.
But it's 2021, can we stop using stats that treat all teams the same? Can we not agree that getting 100 rushing yards against Georgia is more difficult than getting 100 rushing yards against UAB? As such, why should we treat them equally like the kind of stats in the OP?

So he's not a great game day coach? Honestly. A starting line up is exactly where game day coaching begins. Your starting lineup determines the plays you run, the defense you run, the tempo of the game, the strategy of the game....I mean it goes on and on. Yet Gator fans claim he is a great game day coach, yet apparently can't make the simple decision of who his QB should be,

quote:In other words, if Mullen plays the player he should we can prove we have a good defense, but if Mullen screws up again we can't?
If AR plays most of the game and you hold us under 20 it will show the defense is legit I would say.

Mullen is such a great game day coach he can determine whether or not our defense is legit or not. Who'd a thunk it?

So you did all that just to say that Georgia's defense IS as good as the OP said?

Except for one small detail.
Trask and Franks came to Florida in the same class. So, Mullen just can't judge talent, apparently.

Franks had already played before Mullen got there. I just hope Richardson plays most of the game to see how good this defense actually is.

So, auburn is the best offense yall have faced. Thats not impressive at all. Yet, youre using them as the best example of why u believe uga has played good offenses. Lol.

This post again? Auburn is averaging 39.6 ppg minus the UGA game.
That would be 3rd in the SEC and 13th in the country.
It is literally this same post every week.

Auburn is only averaging like 24 points a game in SEC play and Arkansas is giving up 37+ points in 3 of their 4 SEC games. Auburn's offense is pedestrian at best.
