I actually think our team is better over all. Not QUITE as good defensively, but better offensively. More balanced.

I was thinking the same thing.

OSU is 1-11 vs SEC teams in bowl games. Expect 1-12 after the semis.

That 1 was Bama though.

Best thing that could’ve happened to UGA was having LSU throw for 500 yards on them. They’re going to have a lot of film to watch to improve and the narrative will be around OSU being able to throw all over them.
I’ve got Georgia by 3 TDs

Poor Georgia has to play the SECCG and 1st Round CFP game in Atlanta too.

Actually beat Arkansas once, but it was vacated.

Ha, it’s OSU who got screwed, they gotta play us.

BS
Anyone who thinks OSU wasn't the easiest walk into the Title game is a dumbass.

Ohio state is the 4th best team … if UGA can’t beat them they don’t deserve to be there . OU faced 3 sec number one seeds. 2 of which won the NC.4 times they faced sec teams.

So? Didn’t we beat the best team from the west?
And didn’t the #2 team from the East beat the #1 and #2 team from the west? What makes you think things would have turned out differently? Or are you arguing Alabama was a better team than LSU, because your reasoning seems off.

And Florida had their worst team since 2017. Auburn had their worst team since 2012. Tennessee was a home game. These are the kind of breaks an SEC team needs to put a perfect season together in the CFP era - no matter how good you are. That's all I'm saying in response to the OP's statement that "Georgia got screwed".

Ummmm.
Your last 3 national championship games have been played in New Orleans.
You are old enough to know that. Right?
I'm just wondering how poor LSU is.

If you are insinuating that was a lucky break for LSU, I agree 100%. Few teams in college football history caught more lucky breaks than the 2007 LSU Tigers. We also caught a break in 2003 getting into the BCSCG because, despite an uglier loss than USC, we had a stronger SOS. In 2022, I'd bet the CFP Committee picks USC over LSU.
