2006 - Our true freshman QB led us to a win at JHS over top 10 AU.
2007 - Cemented our season by beating a ranked AU team in the original Blackout. Ended with 11 wins and a Sugar Bowl victory.
2008 - Secured a win against AU that contributed to our 10 on the year - consecutive seasons with 10+ wins or more.
2009 - We destroyed North Campus and tailgating was banned from the area post-2009. It's still not the same.
2011 - Helped us secure 10 wins and an East title.
2012 - Helped us secure 12 wins - consecutive seasons with 10+ wins, something AU doesn't know much about - and repeat as East champions.
Each victory was uniquely significant, yes.
2007 - Cemented our season by beating a ranked AU team in the original Blackout. Ended with 11 wins and a Sugar Bowl victory.

Personally I did. I consumed multiple adult libations associated with at least 4 of those wins, and had celebratory relations with my wife on the evening of each one.

I've always been confused by the "you beat us, but you didn't win the national championship so hah" argument. I mean yeah, I'd like UGA to win it all, but even if they don't I'm still pumped when UGA wins. Those games still meant something and are still very fun to win

Completely agree. It amazes me that out one side of the mouth fans of a certain school can say "I would gladly go 1-12 every year if we beat our biggest rival"; but then turn around to another rival and say "Well yeah you beat us, we sucked that year, and you guys still didn't win a National Championship". These type of arguments are mostly just exclusive to the SEC as well. Only a handful of schools outside of our conference interact in the same fashion. Quite comical really.

I don't really care about that. I care about UGA winning games and am simply a fan hoping UGA makes progress toward winning all their games.
