I think a lot of emotion and pride were in Bama's favor. Plus, the tough games they have played in gave an edge. Also, getting some quality "advising" in during the prep week helped.
They put it all together in the SEC CG.
I'll take Bama playing a banged up UGA or UM D-line and OL in the finals over a fresh one.

All you Dawg fans know you lucked out even being IN the playoffs. Indeed if Okie State moves the ball one more yard vs Baylor there's a decent chance you're on Bourbon Street.

Then Alabama proved that you were not. But you still learned nothing in your arrogance.
Georgia SHOULD win the game. they are built to beat teams like Michigan. But they should have beaten Alabama too.
If they can actually run the ball. it could be a long night for the UGA's. We will find out. But Georgia is NOT some unbeatable monster.

The odds makers suggest otherwise opening at Georgia -7.5 in spite of losing badly to Bama and being ranked #3 vs #2 Michigan.

I told you weeks ago there was a chance you would miss the playoffs with a loss to Alabama and you were less than one yard from doing it.
You ain't no GOAT. UGA lucked out to even be here after the asskicking they got.
You can still save your season and do what you set out to do but you have a hard road ahead. I 'm not saying you can't do it that's hardly a hissy fit.

Wow, if Michigan does that then Georgia will cover the line handily.
Michigan is going to have to pass, a lot, to even have a chance.
