Man georgia is so talented. Youth is definitely showing this game, however.

Few know the rule, but if a player has their foot out of bounds and picks up the kick, it's the same as kicking it out of bounds. The ref was trying to say that the guy knocked it to the sideline then did it, so it was no foul.
