Curious his set list because I saw his last two and they were basically the same and they were very underwhelming
He played 7 covers, you’re freaking George Straight with 60 number 1s and you play 7 covers?
Also mostly modern stuff. Played about 8 old George songs but not even Clear Blue Sky(my favorite).

I attended the George Strait concert last May in Columbus at the Horseshoe and had a great time.

Seen him in concert a bunch in the early days, no way you'd catch me in that crowd now a days, looks miserable Did anyone else attend his Annual Team Roping events back in the 80s? It started out down in Kingsville, some wild arse weekends down there back then. He would play in the arena at the end of each night.
