Smith: barely played

Having injuries doesn't mean you aren't still loaded. That is mutually exclusive.

Based on your logic Nick Chubb didn't make our backfield loaded because he got injured.

No offense but not one first round pick in the group besides Pickens. Not sure you can say “stacked” without elite talent.

LOL poor poor George Pickles. Haven’t cared for him since he committed to Georgia like he did. Really showed how much of a class act he is.

No. He has probably played his last snap at UGA.

I hope that isn’t the case. He’s a talented kid.

It does mean you aren’t loaded when you don’t have a list of healthy studs to replace th.

Our rbs weren’t loaded in 2016 even with Chubb.

You're probably still seeing nattys in black and white but, in Georgia, we have nice color TVs so we can see stuff like this.

I went to grad school at State so that game was especially sweet.

Hate it for Pickens, but let's be real....this can't be UGA's excuse if their offense is average again this year. UGA has been recruiting at a Bama/Ohio St level now for 4+ years. Teams with that much raw talent don't collapse from one non-QB injury unless they aren't developing players. Pickens has talent but he was never a game changer for UGA in his first two years. At the level UGA thinks they are at, they should be able to adjust just like Bama had to after losing Waddle.

Not at WR, and the studs we have signed all seem to get hurt. 4 of the 5 top 100 talents have missed extensive times.

If only we had a heisman WR on our roster. Unlike Bama 2020, our best WR is out for the year.

F*ck off and go back to celebrate money down and juice and whatever else makes your QB throw more interceptions than touchdowns. Here’s hoping Kirby let’s the Dawgs loose this year like Dabo did last year instead of letting GT off the hook at half time again.

That's UGA's problem if a school with no in state competition in the 3rd or 4th best talent producing state in the nation can land #1 classes but can't get top level receiver depth. Pickens was more of a "bonus" signing to pull this kid out of Birmingham. And it's not like Pickens is Julio Jones. He's replaceable if UGA is willing to actually become a modern offense. You have a 5 star QB with experience. He should be able to elevate the level of play of his receivers next year.

Please. It's an ACL tear at a position requiring elite agility. If he rushes back he won't be at peak performance anyways. Pickens at 75% is not a starting caliber SEC WR.
