I don't know what shacket is but I would take Chizik because he seems like a reasonable stable person.

Chizik, no doubt. We know he’s at least very knowledgeable about one side of the ball and has experienced a high level of success coordinating his own side of the ball.
Orgeron seems to have lucked into a team telnted enough to win & Brady making him look like a good coach.

Chiz has good character and a good football mind. He will represent your program well.
However, he needs to be at a school with guaranteed recruiting to win consistently.
