That Gillum episode was on the news for only a split second (at least that’s how it played nationally, perhaps it was more prevalent in Florida).

I mean I'm not really sure why the escapades of a losing gubernatorial candidate would be all that relevant in the national news

Does the guy have functional intelligence that he's able to apply to everyday life situations?
The way he put that mask on after seeing folks wearing masks for 1 month straight on every TV Channel indicates that he is very poor at paying attention to details, a minor child just from watching TV would know that the straps go over and around your Ears
To attempt to put the mask on the way he did, he'd have to be out of his mind on drugs, or just an idiot
He's good at passing classes and obtaining certifications, but very poor at thinking his way thru things
Lots of folks graduate from Law Schools and pass the Bar, but my guess is that maybe 15% of those are able to think on their feet good enough to actually argue a case in Court
Maybe he's got "paper intelligence" instead of real World intelligence

He definitely became a national figure during that election as it was one the pundits were using as a bellwether for the midterm. Since he was still a relevant figure in politics, I would have thought the scandal would get a little more coverage than it did.
