Wanted to convey some parts of the call in show. To recall the words of Ron Zook, there's noise in the system.

Gator player: "This one game doesn't define us." Well, it kind of does. You can't erase it. Things can get better, but it's hard to really take that seriously.

Caller: Tickets for today were over $200 for many people. No one is going to donate money and issues a public call for the resignation of the AD (Scott Stricklin, formerly the AD at Moo St).

Show host (Steve Russell): Fan anger is understandable. Miami hung tons of points on UF. Not good.

Caller: Our blocking and tackling absolutely sucked and we're getting out coached.

Caller: We've been getting gaslighted. We're told it would be better but this is the same we've seen for two years now. Why are you defending this - Host: I haven't defended anything. Bye Roger.

Caller: I guess special teams is a bit better. I heard Billy is hard headed and I hate to say this but I'm off the Billy bandwagon. He's a great guy but it's the same ole thing. Host: Fair enough.

Email to the show: Give Saban a call.

Caller: Lind of scrimmage. We're living in bad times. Was Miami that good and UF that bad? Host: Yes.

Caller: Bye bye Billy.

Caller: Napier's buyout is like $26M. If he's fired mid season, players will leave and things will get worse. If he's fired we'll be like Vandy for a long time. People think it can't get worse but it can. Host: I don't disagree. Money is a factor. But if you were to move on and hire a good coach, things can get better very quickly.

Caller: Stricklin was on with Paul Finebaum prior to the game and he said Napier will be at UF for a long time. Well, Stricklin is responsible for this so it's time to get rid of both of them. Stricklin is protecting himself by keeping Napier there. This state of affairs is ridiculous.

Don’t give up Gator fans! It gets much easier from here! Bayou Billy will lead you to the promised land, you just have to be patient.

Sunbelt Billy will get UF to the pop tarts bowl in due time. Just need patience and another year or two to get all of his players there and bought into the system. Hang in there champ.

Host: I wonder what will happen is South Carolina loses to ODU.

Caller: The more things change the more they stay the same. The line of scrimmage still rules and the Dawgs will be waiting for you in Jax.

Caller: I also feel like we are being gaslighted. I was smoking the hopium this summer. Napier really sells you and sells recruits. Car salesman vibe and then it's bait and switch on Saturday. 3rd & 6 and throw a 1 yard pass. I don't see how you recover from this. Offense has no rhythm, no flow, no identity.

Host: My eyes tell me that what I saw today was a bad offensive line. It doesn't matter what plays you call if the line doesn't block.

Caller: long time listener, first time caller. Open field tackling was good. Why didn't we put Kedarius Toney in?

Caller: I think it's time we move on. Host: Ok thank you.

Caller: I'm off the Billy bandwagon. We got embarrassed. National TV. Host: That's fair. I understand why fans are upset. But, it's one game.

Host: Mertz has a concussion and is in the protocol. Could mean Lagway is the QB next week.

I'm withholding judgement until I hear what the CAW has to say and hopefully he says it in third person.

Caller: Napier doesn't adjust the offense, reminds me of Muschamp. He doesn't help his players. Throw the bank at Lane.

Caller: What will get Napier off the hot seat? Will he win out?

Caller: Been drinking the Kool-Aid all summer. We had an ACC team come to Gainesville and push a big bad SEC team around. Is this team going to make a bowl this year? Host: No.

Caller: We sat here for three years now. It doesn't change.

Caller: We don't have an offensive identity. Host: You don't have to have an identity.

Caller: Last year after the Utah game, PFF said UF was a poorly prepared team. Today this team looked outclassed, which is almost worse than last year. Host: It might be. Spread was under 3 and they lost 41-17.

Caller: What's the win total this year? Host: If they play like today, about 3 or 4. If they go 5-7, but really competitive then people may be OK with that. If it's 5-7 with days like today, fans may not want him back. A day like today takes the air out of the balloon.

Caller: I want to see Billy coach with his hair on fire.

Caller: Well below expectations. Miami was wide open all day. No pressure on the QB. Where were the adjustments at halftime? Seems that never happens. Host: It all starts up front. If you don't get good play on the line, nothing else matters.

Best call so far is the guy that said, "why didn't we put in Kedarius Toney"
