Over the confirmed catch. Don’t have a link, but it happened. Danielson basically told Shaw that they blew the call and really made Shaw look bad in the media viewing area of the stadium.

If this is true, Gary should never call another SEC game as he is apparently extremely biased and cannot call an even call

I’ll play the “what if” game. What if that is called a no catch but Burrow hits Jefferson in the end zone for a TD on the next play.

The dumbest thing about this view is that you can't see where the damn ball is lol he stepped out on his own before he caught the ball

Except the call was literally the opposite. He was ruled to have been pushed out.

No shite. I don't know why you shitheads think this is some sort of deep insight into human nature. Of course people are going to take positions that benefit themselves.

But your acknowledgement means that these threads aren’t about arguments at all. They’re just pissing matches.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why Alabama continues to cry over this catch considering their history.

But when The Divot is brought up, none of them respond.

We’re even MFers.

That’s a typical Gary moment, dude needs to retire just like Verne did.

Wait, you're telling me people on a message board are just shitposting? You're telling me this isn't a debate between Bertrand Russell and Father Copleston about the existence of God? The horror of it.

Do you have any other sterling insights that require only your superlative skills of observation?

Frick Gary danielson and frick the corrupt SEC officials. Virtually every decent team in the conference has had to deal with biased officiating while playing bama over the past 10 years.

46. Receiver forced out of bounds
First and 10 on the A-20. A10 throws a pass to A80 at the A-40 near the sideline. A80 comes from out of bounds, reestablishes inbounds, catches the ball, then runs to the 50 where he is tackled. The Side Judge rules that A80 was blocked out of bounds by B37 and legally touched the ball. Replays show there clearly was no contact between A80 and B37. RULING: Reviewable play. Reverse to foul for illegal touching. A 2-10 on A-20 (Rules 12-3-2-b and 12-3-3-h). In this situation the replay official cannot rule on the severity of the contact, but if there is indisputable video evidence that there was no contact then the play is reviewable.

You missed this part. There was certainly contact. You can argue as to whether the contact was enough to “force him out” but that’s not reviewable.

Typical. LSU beats A1abama and all their fans do is complain about the officiating.

Yep, refs missed a PI on that play. The call here actually went Bama’s way but they just couldn’t take advantage of it.

Oh well, right?

Well that settles it then. Someone remind me when Gary fricking Danielson became the judge, jury and the litigator.

RIGHT CALL

Solid melt.

I wonder if Bama fans will FOR YEARS AFTERWARDS post pics of Moss stepping out of bounds before the catch like the endless repost of the PP7 "interception"? Time will tell......
