Believe me, I understand the reasoning behind the rule, but that specific call was just ridiculous. There has to be some definitive line that these refs have to go by, because the calls are just too subjective. If he had gone high and speared him with his helmet, ok, but it wasn't close to that.

I agree, but they care more about the lawsuits right now than being completely fair with the rule. They want players scared to hit high.

The definitive line was crossed when Frost left his feet and went high. One of the camera angles shows his helmet leading into the QB. It was a good call, but my argument is the penalty is too harsh.
