I know Maxwell has better stats than Boles, but he’s too much in and out of the lineup and gimpy on that leg. Boles is good enough to be a strong piece in the everyday lineup.

Not sure I like putting Maxwell in the 3 hole when he's been out injured for a couple of weeks and was cooling off before that.

He was out, no need to take a throw to the face on the relay. I saw that one time in a softball game when the runner didn’t get down and and wasn’t pretty. The lsu player just did it as well, common sense. And if I’m not mistaken is the rule to get down and not interfere with the throw.

Not sure why you think that. We were playing a freshman over him for a reason. If we are healthy, he doesnt see the field. Nothing against him, and certainly dont understand why it bothers you so much. He got 3 straight fastball center cut and couldnt touch any of them, its who he is
