Our non-conference home opponents are pretty disappointing.
We play some decent teams on the road/neutral (Clemson, GT, UNCW), but the best team we play at Foley is probably ETSU (#45 ELO)
Not exactly sure why we got rid of the series vs GT in favor of 1 neutral site game

If Arkansas could ever get out of a regional, it’d be nice to host Texas in supers.

I’ve actually heard it’s Danny Hall who pulled out of the weekend series with us. Neither side seems to want to confirm publicly who pulled the plug but neither is happy with the other over a myriad of issues.

Probably worth noting that every team we play for the forseeable future can go ahead and pencil in 3 runs to start every game. I can’t account for how or why this is happening but every arm we have seems to struggle in the first the way a lot of teams struggle to close out games. It’s the damndest thing.

And on cue, our starter has retired 5 in a row with 3 Ks and Phelps just launched a missle into the parking lot in left field. It’s like we mentally cannot play baseball until we’ve given up 3+ runs. I’ve never seen anything like it week over week.
