This team has talent but are not as competent or a ready as the last three teams. It’s a work in progress.
This LSU team has some pieces but are not blowing me away with anything special. They are good but not as great as advertised. The organismic tripe from LSU posters is overblown.

If we can get Cade Smith back pitching well that will be a big boost to State’s pitching staff. Sixth inning three up three down.

Well he started out as our Friday night starter so YES, if he is healthy it will be important to State. We have had enough bad things happen this year. But still a lot of games to play.
So not out of the question that we can turn the season around now.
One win can possibly get us going .
