I took a new .22-250 and a new 6.5 Cm over there on the same day. I think I went through about 250 bucks worth of ammo that day, not to mention the range fees. Damn it's easy to do with their set up though. You spend so much time shooting instead of changing out targets.

There is a new range in Tennessee, north of Cleaveland, called Dead Zero, that has a similar target system with a 1000 yard line of targets. Hoping to get up there to it soon.

I'll probably have to buy something just for that. I don't think I have anything capable right now. I've never shot that distance with a rifle, but I want to try. I do pretty well on the 600 yard targets with my .308, but I'm getting out there to it's limits I think.

I used to shoot Caribou at about 700 or so with a .300WM back in my younger days.

I'll never get to do any hunting like that most likely. I really don't hunt that much, and around here there aren't many long shots anyway. Still, I like to go shoot at the targets and see how well I can do.
