Is he going back to college to play pro college football and get a paycheck?

Great player. Might be an ever better person. Humble and hardworking. Majored in Agriculutre and Applied Economics. Never showboated after scoring a touchdown. Always looked for a ref to throw the ball to and a teammate to celebrate with.

Incredible player, and seemingly a good dude. He always came across as someone who kept his head down and did things the right way. His running style was something to watch. Can't imagine trying to tackle that guy. Him and Gurley in 2014 might be the most underrated RB duo in cfb history.

His knee injury was fkn awful-an injury like that might have ended the career for a lot of guys, but he worked his way back and finished a great career at uga, and eventually became an NFL All-Pro. Hats off to him.

Still one of the greatest headlines I ever saw when Todd Gurley went down and Chubb stepped in. Headline the next day read “Chubb Fills the Void”.

UGA doesn’t really do statues but I wish they would for Nick and Sony Michel. For 4 years those two guys bridged the gap from the end of Richt to the beginning of Kirby. They both could have left after year 3, especially after they both suffered devastating injuries earlier in their careers. Nobody would have blamed them for cashing out. But they both came back in 2017 to split carries and effectively turn UGA from a pretty good program that just couldn’t get to the title game into a team that would eventually go on to win back to back titles a few years later. And in an era like we are in now, that selflessness is incredibly hard to find.

It was Gurley, Chubb, AND Sony Michel. What a fun group to watch!

And would've surpassed Herschel's rushing record if not for the blown out knee.

The blown knee is compensated by Herschel's early departure and fewer games per season.
