What do people expect out of him at Ole Miss? Signed an LOI with the Tigers back in 2012 before playing two years at NE Miss Community College.

He probably needs to RS, but I think we will need him too much in short yardage and goalline situations. He will work at TE and QB in camp. He was solely at QB in the Spring, but was far too large to be very productive, though no one could tackle the big frick. He's lost about 40lbs since he's been on campus, but needs to lose another 20 IMO to be as productive as he needs to be. He's at 290lbs now. Before his career is up, he will be very valuable to our offense. The sad thing is we will not need him as much in the following years given our OL will not be as weak as it is right now for here on out. That and our biggest RB's are under classmen. He will be very fun to watch thats for sure.

He's a TE that'll play QB at times in short yardage and Freeze thinks could be an NFL-quality OL... and isn't beyond the realm of possibility that he redshirts this year...

Basically no one has a clue what to expect...

IMO Offensive Line will be the position he ultimately ends up playing if he makes it to the league. Why put off the move any longer?

unless Freeze has gotten smarter, he'll most likely use Liggins for QB sneaks out of the shotgun formation on 4th and short.

I've never seen a coach so hell bent on running QB draw on 4th. I think Freeze calls that play more than Merlins did at Florida with Tebow.

This. He should not have come to Ole Miss. He's going to end up like Channing Ward, in reference to needing a redshirt, but us not being able to do it. We honestly should redshirt him no matter what and turn him into an OLman. Let him play some RT 2015 season and have him ready to start in 2016, when we have just lost both tackles in Tunsil and Cooper.

I don't care what Ole Miss fans say, but burning this redshirt season and trying to turn him into a QB or TE is wasting Liggins. And the whole, "put him in inside the 5 yard line and let him score" is an awful reason to not redshirt him. If Bo, Wilkins, Mathers, and Judd can't break the goalline, then we don't deserve to score.

I dunno man, watching his JUCO film its crazy how well he moves for someone his size. His footwork in the pocket is crazy good, even for someone 100 lbs lighter. I agree he needs to drop some weight, but a lot of folks look at his measureables and chuckle, not realizing the dude is a monster athlete.

That's the crazy thing. He's good enough to play QB. Watch the last play.

He had to be at least 280 when he committed to LSU.

He's got good footwork and he is elusive, but he has no acceleration and the passes I see there are very average to wide open receivers. I guess we will see. I don't think he will ever start for Ole Miss.
