Dennis Franchione,

I would not ignore him. I would openly make fun of his 70's style offense in front of everybody.

McElwain - was kind of a goofy arse, though he did have some highlights with 2 division titles and a fun win over LSU in 2016.

I don't have any real beef with Zook or Muschamp. Zook wasn't a good HC on game day but tried hard and recruited some great talent for Meyer to work with. Muschamp was dogshit on offense but nothing against the guy - he just wasn't ready for that job at the time.

Dis weasal right here... Mr."Hold-the-Rope" himself, while I plan my escape... That beatdown endeared me to Oklahoma forever... Most rational folks understand why he left... Not many can handle the pressure of dealing with NCAA sanctions, but if he'd had the instetinal and hung in there he could have done something special... He had the full support of the Bama nation, he fielded some good teams, kicked the $h!+ out of Saban and he could he had the chance to do something special.. If Mike Shula and Mike Dubose were able to have winning seasons and, at times, shoe flashes of dominance, Mr. Francionie, could have built a powerhouse...

All that said, you're only as strong as your leader... His not even having the guts to tell the players that he was leaving (players who literally put it their bodies on the line for him), he showed that he was simply a paper Tiger.. Bob Stoops, whom I'm not even a fan of, exposed him.. Again, I'm not his biggest fan, but Bob Stoops is a DAMN good leader/coach...

Now I might be wrong on this but something tells me that Stoops probably ran the score up because of what Dennis did but most importantly the cowardly way in which he did it...

77-0 gave me more satisfaction than 21-0.. Petty? Probably... But VERY satisfying...

The main reason Stoops ran up the score was because he was embarrassed about the 2002 game (where #1 Oklahoma lost to a 6-3 unranked A&M that was reeling so bad they put in a true freshman QB a quarter into the game).

Nah. That’s just the number of titles Alabama would claim if Alabama claimed titles like Alabama.

All of our bad ones are dead so you don’t have to worry about them showing up.

Bert drove the talent level of our program off a cliff due to alcoholism and laziness. Then sued the university when he was too lazy to hold up his end of the buyout.

That's a choice.

Morris was the least talented coach we've ever hired, but I do think he did his best. He just sucked.

That's not a choice.

On a personal level Chad over Bert any day

I met Fran out at Horseshoe Bay once. He was pleasant enough. He signed a pic I happened to have of my then infant daughter in her future Aggie onesy

100% Dennis Franchione. I would say Sumlin too but Id probably yell obscenities at him for what he did with UCLA.

Yep Bert had a choice to get off his fat arse and do his job but after the Texas win in the bowl game, Long offered him a sweet contract. Then he returned a loaded team the next year and blew close games as usual.

The laziest coach we ever had even lazier than Nutt which is hard to top.

I think the implication here is that you are both waiting for your respective tables.
