... and mollys or roofies, or whatever they're called.

... and an unregistered firearm, while on probation and under conditions.

But let's not let the stated facts get in the way of thinking, maybe, just maybe, this wasn't exactly a smart move on the guy's part.

Should we hire a private security firm to monitor all our players? Auburn's extensive expertise in this area would be helpful in the matter of Bama players from previous decades.

Maybe this will ease the pain from the Iron Bowl loss and Bama winning the SEC and National Championships.

I'm confused by the gun charge. Open carry is legal in Alabama without a permit, so why is he popped with a misdemeanor here? Because the drugs were present? Do you have to unload the gun and keep it in two different locked compartments while driving, even though open carry is legal?

Bama lawyers help me out here.

He was probably on his way to a meeting of Bama fan Rant posters. They were planning on getting high and shooting babies from their truck windows. Typically Bama grads.

Molly and roofies are nowwhere near the same thing. Nobody has intentional eaten a roofie. Molly is MDMA or Ecstasy is currently being used to treat Iraqi war vets with PTSD. Another example of Americans being lied to during the war on drugs. I'm not saying regular use is a good thing. But a dose every month or two looks to have very positive effects on mental health, especially veterans.

I don't agree with him having a unliscensed pistol. No defense there.

Weed..... no problem. It's legal in my state. And I'm actually enjoying a hippie speedball right now as I type this (joint and a cup of coffee. I recommended a good dark roast Sumatran and an Indica strain to keep things nice and balanced).
