Pettway stuff has been known for about 6 weeks now and is just getting out. He wasn't just smoking pot, but was involved in some more hardcore drugs as was Kyle Davis and Sean White. Its really not surprising that all 3 are off the team at this point but the coaches really gave Pettway so many chances strictly due to the fact he has a family. Kinda hard to believe that AU lost its top passer, rusher, and receiver from 2016 and is an 11 win team. Also alarming that your three best returning players don't make it through half the season. Not having Kyle Davis especially hurt us as he was the one guy that could get 50/50 balls.
