Seems like Art doesn't think much of Aggy.

Trust me, "Aggy" doesn't think anything of Baylor.

Especially after that 55-28 arse kicking of their one and only savior, RG3.

Also...how well have TCU and WVU faired in comparison to MU and TAMU this year...? And in what conference...?

Would be classic seeing all of the Bama fans immediately change their position on the HUNH being a danger to college football players.

I wonder how many bad things KK said about A&M before we paid him as our OC?

I understand the point you're trying to make; but I honestly never read/saw anything bad about KK before Coach Sumlin hired him.

Briles is a hotheaded crybaby. He's also not the easiest guy for HS kids to relate to.

Let's just hope our current coach sticks around for a long time.

Sumlin is just biding his time until CNS retires and he can "hear Momma calling him home". You do know that he was born in Brewton, AL?

And he hasn't been back to live in Alabama since he was a kid.
Didn't even stay for college.
But you never know.

According to wiki, he went to high school in Indianapolis. So I guess he didn't grow up in Alabama

Hope he stays for a while. Watching the AggieFBLife practice vids on youtube. Looks like the players genuinely enjoy themselves and being part of the team. It's good to see.

Gotta be the most delusional thread posted in a while. The fact that it hasn't happened means absolutely nothing

Jackie Sherrill was a smoking hot coach in the '80s and certainly teams wanted him. A&M hired him from Pitt and made him the highest paid coach in America and after he got us turned around and won 3 straight SWC Titles he could have gone anywhere.

RC Slocum turned down multiple NFL overtures and USC also went after him.

Mike Sherman was approached about the Cleveland Browns job after 2010 and turned it down. A&M was his dream job.

I still think Saban is more likely to leave Bama then Sumlin is to leave A&M, and that isn't because I think either will happen. A&M is paying Sumlin now, will pay him more after this season, and is giving him anything he wants.

You're going to be pissed when some crappy NFL team steals him

I don't think he will leave, but now is the time to strike if he does go. Manziel will not be there next year...

I think Chris Peterson at Boise State is a good example of what happens when you wait too long after you have future NFL players and the iron is hot...

If Sumlin leaves its now after Johnny. And who wouldnt go to LA and make more money as opposed to staying College Stattion? Didnt a black guy get dragged to death behind a car 4 or 5 years ago in Jasper? he is gone.

you're joking right? ok, they have had a string of firings and ncaa sanction problems but if you think a&m is sumlin's last gig just because it's a&m you are even more delusional than i can imagine. keep on dreamin'.
