...except for the one's on here? I have been to College Station many times and have seen fans from both schools having a great time together. Same goes for when aTm plays at Tiger Stadium. There's a lot of hate in here that I don't see in person.
Basically, I've been all over in the SEC and have never had a problem, except at Florida and Ole Miss, where a liquor bottle was thrown in our direction in the bleachers from the OM student section next to us in 2000. At Florida, they must have throwing practice from up top those walls during the off season because it rains ice and cups on visiting fans below. Bama, Auburn, Miss State, Arkansas, Tennessee, USC, Vandy, UGA... No problems, just good times. I will say that UGA and Tennessee seem to go out if their way when LSU is in town with the hospitality...before and after games.
But back to aTm...I've never had a bad experience there with their fans...

it's easier for fans (especially a&m fans since they keep losing) to talk shite behind a computer screen.

In real life there are no issues like I see on this message board. Here it's worse than Alabama/Auburn

LSU had kicked aTm's arse in the 80's at College Station as aTm kicked LSU's arse in the 90's. Then all the battles with aTm at Tiger Stadium before...never any trouble, never a bad time...in BR or College Station. I personally was glad when aTm joined the SEC...
The ONLY complaint I HAD with aTm was at Kyle when the visitors section faced the side and back of the old endzone bleachers. Couldn't see the Jumbotron or the game... But the party between the two fan bases was nothing but a good time.

Was in College Station for game on Thanksgiving two years ago. Sitting in LSU section, it was full of Aggies. One of the Aggie fans, young guy in his 20s threatened to hit my female cousin. Then again the LSU people were for the most part very drunk. I myself spilled a whiskey drink on a female A&M fan in front of me no less than four times and refused to sit down and stop yelling the whole game.

But overall was ok experience. No issues while tailgating before the game. I have been threatened (not necessarily unwarranted) at several SEC sites and to be honest we all just laughed at the guy and kept getting rowdy.

You may try, but the aTm and LSU fans I know would probably throw you out of our tailgate...

I don't know how your fans are to fans of other schools that come to Kyle, but they're pretty cool with us when we go there. Once, in 86, I believe, I had no idea where to set up on aTm's campus. We were stuck in still traffic and I was talking to some aTm fans walking by. I asked them where would be a good place to set up they gave me a parking pass and said they would save a spot next to them. I debated, because I didn't know what to expect...We parked, they did, and I had to go get 4 cases of beer because we ran out. LSU won the game and after, a good time was had by all for hours after...just hanging... No tv's under the tent in those days. Hell...I can't remember even if there was such a thing as tailgating tents back then. Lmao

I think for the most part its because LSU fans understand and accept their inferiority.

Any person who can't get along with another person based on the school he attended is likely either 17-years-old or not of sound mind.

I have always been saying this. Texas A&M had the nicest football fans I have ever met. At the 2012 game in College Station they were great. One Aggie even wrote me detail directions on the best way to leave campus to avoid traffic after they just lost to LSU. If I was at Bama I would expect my car to be keyed if I forget to take down my LSU flags.

The Aggie fanbase is not represented by the few posters on this site. Not even close. They are a very nice fan base.

East Texans and people from Louisiana get along pretty well. Lots of overlap of people and families from Houston to Lake Charles.

Most of the LSU fans on the rant are Texas alters.
