I think Georgia is a great defensive team with a "solid" offense. They are the best and most complete team so far in 2021. I don't believe they are "the best of all time" or anything close but they don't have to be the best of all time. They have to be the best this season. And so far, they are.

Hopefully Alabama can make it competitive but it's probably going to be too much to ask of the Alabama OLine to perform at a level they haven't been able get near thus far this season.

Goes one of two ways,

UGA takes out all its frustration on a average Bama team

Bama wins in a close one simply because UGA choked again.

While I agree GA would be the favorite to win the game, and the Natty this year, I wouldn’t go as far as calling Alabama’s run over. We’ve recruited far too well for that.

Statistics be damned, BoB doesn’t seem to be a good fit and Marrone’s O line coaching is a liability. I don’t necessarily know who but I have to believe UA can do better.

That said, Roll Tide!!

An arkansas fan should know all about getting destroyed. They have been destroyed often the last few years. I know they were an awe inspiring 8-4 this year.

Probably not but I picked Alabama in my football pool this week. I'm the only one. Can't pick against the Tide. If anybody can figure out how to win, it's Saban.

I firmly believe Georgia has put together the best 3-4 defensive line ever assembled in college football. Straight up.

This defensive line does something different than any other D-Line in the 3-4 era. You can't run "duals" on them, where you just double team both tackles next to the hole - because the big bastards don't move back much on a double team. You can't pull anyone against them - because although they ain't fast, they're big and they do a stupid good job of getting penetration, then moving laterally.

The only thing this defensive line does not do is generate a pass rush. But frig me - if you have three tackles that negate five offensive linemen, that should be good enough. And that's what this Georgia D-Line does.

Our defense held them to 3 points for the first 27 minutes before the turnover machine happened. Bama’s could do the same.

I'm sorry, just spit my coffee out.. lol. I hated that 2 mins almost as much as any gator fan.

Same. Incredible to realize you’ve expected to win every single game for that long. Saban is the GOAT

Yep. It was a nice run. UGA is unbeatable this year. I just hope we don't get embarrassed.

This one feels a lot like 2008

I felt better about 2008 UF than I did 2009 UF. But, of course, the 2008 SEC CG influenced that one for me.

11-1 is pretty good for average.

Meh…It’s Alabama circa 2009-2012 with a quicker Mount Cody in the middle and less talented corners.
It’s the 2009 Bama offense without Julio, Ingram or Trent Richardson.

the best WRs we will see this year and our greatest weakness is likely the vertical passing game

The problem still remains the vertical passing game for Bama. You have to be able to hold blocks. Bama can’t do that this year. I’m expecting they’ll roll Bryce out a lot and keep him on the move and hope we can get WR on short and intermediate routes. Metchie is a good receiver and Williams is a long threat but neither are close to Smitty and Waddle.

I think Williams is pretty close just more “raw” and not as reliable. He can take it to the house as quickly or quicker than either of those guys.
