Meh, Lane has seemingly pissed the entire conference off with his defiance. And plenty of posters have listed the difference, yall just don't like it.
And that is based on just what we definitely know, never mind what we dont.
The rumor is that Lane and LSU officials recruited and encouraged these players to sue for eligibility. Has that been alleged before?

The Baton Rouge judge decided that Sankeys decisions were worthless NOT the SEC’s rules. Sankey enforces what he wants on a whim and then makes up shite in the middle of the night to circumvent a court order. He could have led on the issue in June when the NCAA made the rule change. He was sleeping on the job and taking millions while doing it. Sankey hasn’t done his job for years despite being grossly overpaid. Sankey is clearly the biggest hypocrite in the sport as evidenced by the targeting of LSU while Turing a blind eye to Alabama after it played a professional basketball player.
