I promise you, Liz is THE smartest person in the room, 99% of the time! High quality legal skills. Y’all should seriously listen to her takes. She is all over this and the SEC should pay attention! She is highly respected for her legal acumen and is a brilliant lawyer. Have known her 30+ years and trust every word she says.

Then the SEC is subject to the courts, and all any school needs is a corrupt judge and a school that will take the player because "if we don't, someone else will".
Because apparently, deciding the standards for the conference in any direction is taking away the legal rights of the player.
Except - only because LSU recruited them to start with. They got the TRO AND LSU accepted them.

That outcome doesn't seem likely.
While the SEC may have the right and such to do it, I think ultimately these are warning shots. LSU is going to get in line and accept whatever demands are made of it.
