A whole lot of fans of teams who are claiming that LSU is a pretender are;
1) Fans of teams who lost to us , at home.
2) Barely beat us at home, and are damn near an exact replica of this LSU team
3) Will get curbstomped in two of the next three weeks, one of those at the hands of the so called pretender.
4) Are going to get beat in "the best facility in the SEC".

How do we define pretender?
They're going to lose to Bama, so they aren't going to contend for the SEC. Does that make them a pretender?

I wouldn't exactly call LSU a pretender. But, I would hate to see them somehow slink into the BCSCG and have the honor of the SEC rest on their shoulders vs a quality team. I'm afraid an Oregon, or even a Kansas State would have their way with LSU.
