Living on the west coast is nice so wake up around 6-7 go for a run and have a protein shake while watching end of pre-game countdown. Can’t beat that plus games end around 8 over here

No set routine for breakfast. It varies, but includes the EPL until first games kickoff then depends on who is playing. There's something relaxing about watching soccer while setting up the tailgate.

Holy shite I've got some teaching to do here - wow

Okay folks, this thread is on page 3 and there's been no mention of biscuits and gravy, gravy on eggs, a big glass of cold milk, lemon water with ice whether you're at home or at a restaurant, some apple pie from the microwave, a big arse stack of pancakes with real butter, etc., etc., the standard by which all else is allowed to deviate A LITTLE BIT!

Some sliced tomato. Go ahead with the Pink Hymilaian (sp) salt. Less sodium. I'm fine with that.

Protein shakes and bagels? Really? Soccer until 2pm? Soccer even for a few seconds? Lord God in Heaven. Some of you even have to actually verbalize "a cup of coffee"? That's true to life soyboy fricking crap and I'm not going to tolerate it.

The Waffle House posts were fine. More of that I guess, although I don't think WH has gravy. Heading to a tailgate? That no doubt gets you a pass on a sitdown at home or eating out. I get that. You guys are fine, but no mention of home fries? Only Waffle House hash browns? We can't cook potatoes at home up in this Ho?

I get enough talking head B.S. watching games on TV. Besides, I already know what garbage they'll say about Vandy. Oh, and I played and now coach soccer. It fits perfectly with football, too. So take that condescending crap elsewhere, piggy.

Like every other Saturday, at daybreak I'm at the farm with a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit washed down with Monster Zero. After that its snuff and coffee until I get to Starkville or Oxford

And I listen to EPL on XM while in the truck.
Come On You Spurs!

Whats wrong with a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel?

That stuff is 10000 times better at 4 am after many cocktails.

A bagel allows you to add a small slice of tomato, if you like that. Biscuits or toast get too soggy

On September 1, Man City/Newcastle starts at 11:30AM. Stuttgart/Bayern also starts at 11:30.

Those games will end shortly before 1:30, thus allowing me to shift to football around 2PM.

Forgot to mention that avocado toast with some thinly sliced radishes also being a breakfast favorite in the ENGT household.

Just regular red radish? Thinly sliced, raw?

I like to cook my egg in the avocado and then slice it out and put on toasted wheat. A hipster version of Egg in the Hole.

Mine's not this nice and neat

Saturdays in the fall are the days I take a few years off my life.

Bacon and eggs to start off the day, cook up the eggs in the bacon grease, and have it with a few pieces of toast so you have something to mop everything up with.

Then an order of 16 piece fried chicken to eat throughout the day.

When Bert was coaching the team I'd start drinking heavily either during the game or sometime in the afternoon if we were playing later in the evening. The goal being to either have a comfortable numbness or be blackout drunk depending on how bad the game got.

I eat healthy the rest of the week, by God I'm going to destroy my body on Saturdays.
