Mississippi State has Stephen F Austin, Louisiana-Lafayette, and Louisiana Tech in addition to Kansas State.
Better than most years but blah.

This past year we played Michigan and FSU OOC(both big time games preseason)
This year Colorado State and FSU - Two bowl teams that's two good OOC opponents.
Next year Miami and FSU.
Pretty good OOC overall.

It's a pain in the arse to fill out a schedule using AAC, MW, MAC, CUSA, and Sun Belt schools w/a an FCS school each year.
I really don't think some of y'all understand just how hard it would be for a P5 only schedule to actually happen.
On top of that, it means every team would only have 6 home games and teams that have neutral site games would only get 5 in some years.
shite, IMO if they actually did that it would massively hurt football long term. Why? B/c now instead of winning 8 games a year, mid tier schools (ex Miss State) will be winning just 3 and 4. Good luck getting fans to show up after 5 or 6 years of being in the dumps which WILL happen simply due the math. Less fans, less inventory to sell to networks, even less of a reason for a recruit to choose a non blue blood... yea... P5 only would only hasten the death of football.
