As I said, he was garbage as OC. Just imagine how bad the offense would have been if the Bama kicking game back then was as unreliable as it is now. Everybody would be calling for his head.

I feel like they will. Kid has been having fun the whole process but he will sign with Florida and be seen as a savior for the fan base . Good luck to him and coach Mac !!

Seriously, what receiver would want to play for McElwain after the way Julio Jones was underutilized the entire time he was at Alabama? What QB would want to play for him after watching some film from his days at Bama and seeing how much he handcuffed his QBs? Outside of a power RB, what offensive recruit would be excited to play in his offense? Foley must have been coked out of his mind when he decided to hire McElwain.
