If that was the sole reason he was attending Florida it is. Especially if he had assurances from the school the deal was in place which seemed to be the case when they released him from his NLoI. And since his Miami deal was worth 4 million less than he was offered at Florida.

Nico could have gotten millions more in NIL to go to dozens of programs. He chose the Vols (Heupel) to develop into an NFL caliber QB over more money. Money was going to be there anywhere he went.
