Running a starts will shave off around 1 full second for a 4x4, especially in one as quick as this final was. Florida had to run their fastest to win the team title and ASU wanted the relay title. Made for a very fun race.

Man Bucknam at Arkansas is such trash lmao can’t believe Arkansas didn’t pull that off.
Wish we could have gotten Florida’s coach when pat Henry left. Just feels like lsu is always a 4-10th place team and rarely ever truly in the race

LSU and Dennis shaver are now pretty infamous for putting up amazing numbers in the regular season but choking at sec and nationals so I’ve been pretty jaded with following

Northern schools have had indoor tracks for decades this can't be a real comment
