He only needed two recruiting cycles to take over the East.

He clearly knows how to identify and develop QB's (and manage the QB room) which in todays game is paramount. Some coaches have no idea how to even identify the best QB on their roster much less get them polished up and contending for conference titles and Heisman trophies.

I think Mullen is about to make a run in the East similar to Urbans years at UF. There really isn't anyone in the East to stand in your way. He has done a heckuva job, and I'm curious how pleased yall are with his performance.

Thanks for any feedback, and looking forward to a good game in Atlanta in a few weeks.

A coach taking over the premier program in the east where everyone else sucks and UGA constantly shits the bed.

I would say a Monkey could do it but everyone saw how Mac failed.

Will see how he fairs replacing Trask.

Thats a long time thinking next year is your year.

plus,

trask was recruited by nessmeir yes, but who developed him, whos coaching him hard on the side lines even he just threw his 3rd touchdown of the game. the QB whisperer.

but dont get down over that, Kirby is a QB whisperer too, except he whispers racists comments in their ear.

McElwain and Nuss would've ruined Trask.

Dan Merlins lost to Jumbo and a school that prides itself on glamorizing homosexuals in 1950s milkman costumes.

Yep. It is quite funny that Emory Jones is Mullen's highest ever rated signed QB, and people think Jones is gonna suck big time though.

The offense will definitely change. It will be more Miss State-like with Dak and more 2008 UF-like with Tebow. More of a 50/50 run/pass split.

You mean the guy who "identified" Feleipe Franks and kept playing him, long after it was evident he was an opposing team TD machine? It took Franks getting carted off the field for Merlins to give up on him.

I've heard he has been spinning his Merlin magic on Emory Jones, and that Emory has progressed a great deal. Sounds like Mullen will have another good QB after Trask, and Emory will only be a redshirt sophomore.

Emory is a good player, obviously very different style QB than Trask. It'll be a give-and-take....but much better transition than ours

You do realize your post just boosts Mullen's coaching ability right?

Trask was a 2 star, Toney was a 3 star, Pitts was a 4 star, and Grimes was a transfer.

Kinda makes Kirby a little weak doesn't it?

Oh and you need some of this? Might help with your burn.
