Reliable sources say that Florida, which would have been on Alabama’s schedule, complained about being required to play Georgia, Alabama, LSU and Texas A&M in the same season. Welcome to Auburn's world EVERY YEAR.

Are you saying they switched it from Bama to someone else?

Sounds like your bitching tbh.

I get not wanting to have a murders row of a schedule but I don’t understand fans that are butthuet about playing 4-6 great teams every year. It’s a much better product and either your team is good enough to beat them or not. You can coast on trash teams but you’ll get stomped at the end of the season

Florida has a point. It isn't fair that a team can dodge the best teams while another gets stuck playing the projected 4 best teams. Conferences were too big at 12 teams, 14 is just silly.

An Auburn fan complaining about playing 3 teams from their division as well as Georgia (which Auburn says they have to play every year) is rich.

Why would they have included Texas A&M in the complaint?

We played UGA, LSU, Auburn, and Alabama in 06, and played UGA, Auburn, and LSU every year until 02.

You think UF is scared?

If Georgia also plays LSU then I'm cool with it.

Georgia gets Bama, LSU, Auburn, State
We get Bama, LSU, Aggies, Ole Miss

Would be pretty equal

Go to 16 & use 4x4 pods to ease scheduling.

Can't without ending TSIO or IB.

Not to mention SEC WON'T split same-state schools into opposite divisions (Tenn./Vandy; Ala./Aub.; Miss./MSU).
